We are pleased to announce that Covalent and Hydro-Québec have concluded an IP Collaborative Agreement (IPCA) under which our two companies have pooled their patents for all parties interested in licensing these patents in the field of ionic liquids.  Please contact Dr. Victor Koch (koch@covalentassociates.com) for additional information.
